About Micheline

Micheline Zacharias Burger was born in the Harz Mountains of Germany and immigrated to the United States with her family as a child. Growing up in Kansas, she spent every vacation with her parents in the mountains, usually in Colorado. After retiring from practicing law in Kansas for 40 years , Micheline moved to Colorado with her husband, Phil, and currently lives in Longmont, Colorado. When she isn’t hiking in the mountains, she spends her time cooking for her family and friends and being at the bark and call of her latest wirehaired Dachshund, and Charlotte, and being a reliable pushover for her grandchildren.
